What this division does

Our construction division works on residential and commercial refurbishment across the West Midlands, and supplies materials imported through the group's own freight lane. One team is accountable from first drawing to final clean.

Refurbishment

Full property refurbishment for landlords, developers and owner-occupiers, managed to a fixed programme.

Commercial fit-out

Retail and office fit-outs including joinery, flooring, lighting and finishes.

Materials supply

Tiles, doors, sanitaryware and finishes sourced direct from manufacturers and brought in on our own freight lane.

Project management

One point of contact, a written programme, and weekly progress reporting with photographs.

Stage 01

Survey and quote

A site visit, a measured scope and an itemised quotation — no provisional sums hiding the real number.

Stage 02

Programme

Trades, materials and delivery dates fixed before work starts on site.

Stage 03

Handover

Snagging completed, certificates issued, and the site left clean.
